Shipping during the Covid Update : read below

 

During these unprecedented times we are doing our best with getting all orders out as fast and safely as possible. (I’m just one person) That being said we are limiting our post office trips to 2-3 times a week. Ship times by Canada Post are no longer typical and you can most likely expect a longer wait for your package especially customers outside of Canada. (1-4 weeks & longer in some extreme cases) This is completely out of our hands and we will do our best to get tea in your cups asap! We encourage you to add tracking from the products section for added security on your package. Keep a look out for the email confirmation you will receive once your package has shipped. Please be aware of the changing conditions in your area regarding the postal system! Thank you so much for your overwhelming support during these times. Please be safe and well! Hail Satan!

 

Our tea is packaged in a shared commercial space who’s other users may have used all major food allergies, (gluten, dairy, nuts, soy) 

ALLERGY INFO:  ALL TEA MAY HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH THE FOLLOWING: NUTS, COCONUT, ALMONDS, COFFEE BEANS, VANILLA, LAVENDER, PEPPERMINT, CLOVES, PEPPERCORN, CINNAMON, GINGER, ANISE, BERGAMOT OIL, CORNFLOWER PETALS, ROSEHIPS, HOPS, VALERIAN, CHAMOMILE, BLACK TEA LEAVES OR TEA DUST.

What is your policy on exchanges/returns?

We accept exchanges/returns on products if contacted within 5 days of order delivery. There is no fee for exchanges/returns, although the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Please note that we will not accept exchanges/returns on tea, sale items, or clothing that has been washed or worn.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, a PayPal account is not required.

How often are orders shipped?

We will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Canadian orders will receive a tracking number by email once their order has shipped.

What can I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. As long as your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to update it for you.

What is your policy on duties & taxes for international orders?

The cost will be the responsibility of the customer if your customs office adds a fee.

Are there any special care instructions for your clothing?

We recommend washing on a gentle cycle in cold water, and hang to dry
